What this site is

Rooftacular (rooftacular.net) is a website that takes requests for roof inspections and quotes and passes them to a roofing contractor. Rooftacular is not itself a contractor.

Quotes and work

Sending a form or booking an inspection is a request, not a contract. Any inspection, estimate, repair or installation is provided by that contractor under its own written agreement with you, which sets the price, scope and warranty.

Information on this site

The content here is general information about roofing. It isn’t a substitute for an inspection of your roof, and it isn’t insurance or legal advice. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and the contractor and depend on the roof system installed.

Insurance claims

Decisions about your policy and any claim are between you and your insurer. You are responsible for paying any deductible.

Using the site

Please give accurate details when you send a request, and don’t use the site to submit information about someone else without their permission.
