Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing. Find the cause, fix it properly, and say so plainly if a repair won’t hold.
Free roof repair quote
Free. No obligation. Takes about a minute.
Most leaks start at a detail rather than in the open field of the roof: flashing around a chimney or wall, a plumbing boot, a valley, a nail that backed out. A good repair starts with finding the actual entry point, which is often feet away from the stain on the ceiling.
If a repair is the right answer, you get a price for the repair. If the roof is at the point where repairs are money down the drain, you’ll be told that too, with photos.
What’s included
- Leak tracing on the roof and in the attic where accessible
- Replacement of missing, lifted or damaged shingles
- Flashing, pipe boot and vent repairs
- Photos of the problem before and after the fix
- A written note on the roof’s remaining condition
Questions
Roof repair: common questions
I have an active leak. What should I do right now?
Move what you can out of the way, catch the water, and take photos. Then send the form and tick “there’s an active leak” so the request is flagged as urgent.
Is it worth repairing an older roof?
Often, yes. A sound roof with one failed detail is a repair. A roof that is brittle across the whole surface usually isn’t, and the inspection will tell you which you have.
Will a repair match my existing shingles?
New shingles are matched as closely as the current product lines allow. Sun-faded roofs rarely match exactly, and you’ll be told what to expect before work starts.
